Parfum Unglaublich is an online store offering dupe fragrances inspired by well-known brand perfumes. The focus is primarily on quality. Unlike typical dupes that simply use inferior ingredients, all perfumes from Parfum Unglaublich are organic, cruelty-free, and contain a 30% perfume oil concentration, which is on average twice as high as that of the original. This allows for truly high-quality scents inspired by branded fragrances.
EXECUTION
Our challenge was that after more than a year, the company stagnated with few learnings available, as there was no testing strategy in place for growth. We established Google and TikTok as channels in addition to Meta, gathered clear insights, implemented a testing structure, and over time built learning pages. As a result, we delivered significantly better results within just one month and have since set record profits multiple times despite scaling.
